E aí que quando eu comecei a fazer vlog, comecei a receber vários comentários, alguns bons, outros ruins e uns que, confesso para vocês, achei no mínimo curiosos.
“Ah o seu vlog é legal, mas você é gorda”
“Ela seria bonita se não fosse gorda”
“Curti o seu video, legal você fazer arte marcial, mas por que você é gorda?”
Juro que não fiquei chateada com os comentários, afinal eu sou gorda mesmo. Só achei engraçado as pessoas usarem isso para tentar me ofender, não tem como me insultar falando do meu peso, até porque esse comentário é verdadeiro. Eu ficaria chateada se falassem coisas que eu não sou. Ou você acha que um careca fica triste quando alguém chega e diz “ei, você é careca!”?
Por outro lado, ultimamente, algumas pessoas têm comentado outras coisas.
“Você é uma gordinha muito gostosa”
“Você é linda”
“Entenda a diferença entre gorda e gordelícia”
Ou um que eu tenho recebido com uma certa frequência.
“Já pensou em ser modelo plus size?”
Modelo Plus Size?! O que é isso?
Eu sempre achei que modelos precisavam ser magras, macérrimas ou quase, esqueléticas.
Resolvi pesquisar e achei fotos lindas de mulheres lindas e gostosas. Quando se fala de mulher gorda, todo mundo pensa numa imagem assim.
Ninguém imagina que uma gorda possa ser assim.
Claro, que tem gente que não gosta, afinal existe gosto para tudo.
Mas, dei uma pesquisada no twitter e vi que nem todos pensam dessa forma.
Sempre tive vergonha do meu corpo, mas depois de um tempo comecei a aceitá-lo, e como faço exercício o tempo todo, sei que sou uma gordinha firme, com tudo no lugar.
Tenho recebido e-mails de meninas que sofreram ou sofrem muito preconceito por causa do seu corpo, dizendo o quanto eu as inspiro e passo confiança e que isso tem feito muito bem para elas. Isso me deixa feliz, é isso que vale para mim. As pessoas acabam percebendo quando a gente se sente bem em relação a nós mesmos, e literalmente, param de encher o saco. Os trolls só se alimentam de quem não tem força e acha que a opinião deles vale pra alguma coisa, mostre o contrário, confie em você!
Pensando nisso, eu e o fotógrafo Thiago Marzano estamos preparando um ensaio da gordinha que voz fala, que no começo relutou um pouco, porque ainda tem medo de alguns esteriótipos, mas que abraçou a causa e acha que vai fazer as gordinhas terem mais orgulho delas mesmas.

~le concordando muito~Tipo, sempre tive problemas com meu corpo… Agora é mais meu peso, nem é o corpo. Não tô (aparentemente) tão gorda assim, mas de peso tô, só que é distribuido no corpo todo q-q’ Eu sofria muito bullying na escola, mas agora que mudei, muitos meninos me chamam de linda, gostosa, ficam assobiando quando eu passo >.< Aprendi que gorda não significa feia. Mas quando a saude pede, é preciso emagrecer, fato. Gorda sim, saudavel sempre!
Eu era sarado, lutava jiu-jitsu, era jogador de futebol e só pegava mulheres magras e lindas. Sofri um acidente e tive que tomar muitos remédios e parei com todas as atividades físicas durante um pouco mais de 1 ano e engordei 40 kg neste período. Consigo perder 10Kg num mês, quando pratico esportes ou me alimento decentemente, mas não consigo mais voltar aos 90 Kg que eu tinha. Ter engordado me fez analisar melhor as mulheres gordinhas, ver as belezas dos traços do rosto e as qualidades como pessoa. Hj adoro uma gordinha, apesar de ainda ficar com algumas magrinhas.
Acho que todo mundo deveria engordar e ver as dificuldades e os preconceitos que os(as) gordos(as) sofrem, ai veriam que uma gordinha pode ser linda, pode ser mais inteligente que muitas magrelas, além de muitas terem a mente mais aberta entre 4 paredes!
Tbm sou gorda…posso estar errada mas não acho que é bem assim, só se aceitar, a coisa é bem mais difícil!
Já chorei muito sozinha em casa qndo aqueles amigos não te convidam pra ir num barzinho com vergonha de estar andando com uma gorda. Sempre vai ser motivo de piada…

Realmente, tem muita mulher que precisa de uma ajudinha em descobrir que pode ser gordinha e bonita!
e sim, se o assunto é gordinhas, eu tb to dentro.
Eu paguei um pau pra vc desde a primeira vez que te vi, rsrs. Te coloco até entre as meninas mais bonitas que vejo na interwebs, sem discriminar entre gordas ou magras, vc é “top”.
Bom, eu ilustro pra uma revista de moda Plus Size, é uma revista nova chamada Beleza em Curvas, uma das colaboradoras é a Fluvia Lacerda, uma top model Plus Size brasileira, uma das mais requisitadas no mundo… Posso dizer que o caminho pra uma modelo gordinha é bastante árduo, pois as agencias não costumam cadastrar as Plus Sizes em seu quadro de agenciadas. É necessário ir atras das poucas agencias especializadas ou alguma que trabalhe com Plus.
É importante dizer também que não basta ser gorda e linda para ser modelo plus, existem biotipos que são mais valorizados, existe uma harmonia que deve ser respeitada também, por exemplo, se a menina tem um quadril avantajado demais em comparação com a parte superior do corpo, talvez não sirva para as passarelas, mas para fotos sim. Ou se ela tem os seus muito grandes e o bumbum também muito grande (ou bumbum nenhum) e essa assimetria fica perceptivel, também é algo a se estudar.
O importante é perceber que ha um mercado se abrindo para o universo GG, posso ver isso de perto, e digo que o momento pra se investir nisso é agora. E certamente com isso, haverá uma progressiva mudança de mentalidades, e uma queda no absurdo preconceito que ha contra gordos, mas para isso, é fundamental que os gordinhos se aceitem sem neuras e frustrações. =)

E você é uma gorda linda sim. Poderia muito bem ser modelo plus size. Eu sou Gorda desde que me lembro, mas teve uma época que fiquei doente e cheguei a pesar 64 kg para 1,78 m. Foi bom? Foi, pois eu pude usar um monte de roupas que nunca usei. Mas recuperei 12 kg.
Não estou exageradamente gorda, mas tenho aquela “pancinha” chata. Só que não parei de usar saia e comprei um short. Coisa que nunca usei. Se eu vou voltar a ter 64 kg? Só Deus sabe, pois eu gosto muito de comer, e de tudo. Mas se eu não conseguir, pelo menos tenho uma auto estima bem mais elevada e sei reconhecer que sou bonita, mas bonita até que muita magrela por aí. É só questão de a gente se amar como a gente é. E isso não é balela.

mas sou magrela, nasci assim, não engordo assim como existem pessoas que não emagrecem, qual o problema? O importante é se sentir bem (óbvio que nenhuma mulher se sente gostosa o tempo todo, mas não significa que a gente se sinta um canhão o tempo todo também, tem q ter equilíbrio) e se aceitar como é ou, se não gosta, tentar mudar por você, pelo que você sente e não pelo que dizem de você.

Conheci o Thiago já tem um tempo e ele sempre me falou de fazer um ensaio assim, claro que dá um certo receio e td mais, não rolou, devido à problemas pessoais não vai rolar, mas logo depois da Campus Party eu falei pra ele por msn: pq vc não faz um ensaio da @anadecesaro ? Ela é linda, ficaria um ensaio bem legal. Agora vendo esse seu post parece q ele conseguiu te convencer e acho o máximo!
Depois de assumir os kgs a mais vc vê um mundo, como vc pôde ver em seus tweets, em que tem MUITOS admiradores de gordinhas e isso dá muito mais confiança.
Existem 2 tipos de gostosas: as que vc olha tem um corpão malhada, td no lugar são as visualmente gostosas; e tem as que são realmente gostosas por suas atitudes e jeito, como um abraço, um pegada o jeito de beijar, transar e se sentir gostosa e aí realmente ser gostosa.
Ser gostosa não é só visual, vai na fé faz esse ensaio que vai ficar DIVA, como é a proposta do trabalho!!

Nova no blog e gostei bastante do assunto, me sinto em forma nem magra nem gorda, tipica brasileira mta bunda e pouco peito!! Infelizmente ainda continuo correndo atras do peso ideal que é 63 kgs e falta apenas 5 kgs, nao sei ser feliz acima do peso, vivo em constante dieta e isso nao me faz nenhum pouco infeliz, ao contrario adoro fazer dieta, corto carboidrato apos as 17 hs, tirei refrigerante, faço 2 hs de academia diariente!! Cada um tem que viver da forma que gosta e claro se matar por estar acima do peso nao adianta, qto mais pressao pior, e a felicidade esta em Nos msm!! Sendo gorda e magra, alta ou baixa, branca ou negra. Qdo vc esta feliz intimamente tudo transparece na pele, nos olhos, nos cabelos, no coraçao!!

Ana sim será um espetaculo para nossos olhos ver uma beldade como vc num ensaio sensual, te agradecemos e muito isso. Mas nesse caso tem algo a mais. Você vai ajudar a quebrar esse paradigma imbecil que alguns tem que gordura/fofura/excesso de peso é antonimo de beleza. Eu prefiro mil vezes uma BBW do que qualquer modelo magricela. Mas por causa dessa ideia fixa perpetrada por muitos eu ja tive namorada que por mais que eu dissese que achava ela linda mesmo ela sendo (e ainda mais por ser) gordinha, ela não acreditava. Achava que ninguem poderia achar uma “gorda escrota” segundo palavras dela, bonita. Ela não podia conceber que eu a achava bonita principalmente por ela ser gordinha. Você vai ajudar muitas meninas a melhorar a auto estima. Até uma certa @nerdelicious que quando dizem “ah vc é linda” diz quase no automatico “ah mas eu to gorda” (serio conversando no msn com ela quase da vontade de espancala as vezes heheh). Mas é isso ai, força que seu ensaio vai ser lindo e inspirador.

eu vi vc pessoalmente na cpbr4, e te achei gata,uma gordinha gata como vc diz rs, mas não imaginava q vc fazia artes marciais, eu tbm gosto, fiz um tempo kung fu, fiz ginastica olimpica tbm, so tem a melhorar fazendo esporte,no meu caso sim, pq eu tenho bronquite, melhorei bastante depois q começei a fazer esporte,vc pega mais resistencia,em todos os aspectos…
não liga para que os outros falam, pode ser inveja, por vc ser uma pessoa ” famosa “, meio que ” fora dos padrões “, mas o q interessa, e a pessoa em si, o interior dela..

Sempre fui muito magrela. Todo mundo já reclamava disso e também existia muito preconceito. Me pediam pra engordar. Com quase 1,60m, meu peso ficava sempre no 47 ou 48. Sempre! Eu era muito esquelética. Daí, há um ano atrás, comecei a tomar uma injeção anticoncepcional de 3 meses porque tenho muitos problemas naquele período do mês. Enfim, passou-se 1 ano tomando essa injeção e engordei 16 kilos. É impressionante a necessidade que as pessoas sentem em serem maldosas e querer te deixar pra baixo em qualquer situação. Quando magra, já tiravam sarro de mim e me diziam pra engordar; agora, que nem estou tão gorda, foram só 16 kilos, mas mesmo assim, elas continuam com a maldade. Eu aprendi a ligar o fo**-se. Mas foi difícil chegar nessa parte. Me magoei muito com as piadas do tipo: “E aí? Tá pesando o que agora? 100 kilos?” As pessoas nunca vão aceitar as outras do jeito que elas são, sempre vão ficar procurando e encontrando o menor defeito nas outras. E você tem razão. Nós temos que rir com elas das piadas. A meta dessas pessoas pequenas é magoar, então se você ri junto com elas, acaba com a graça, acaba com a meta ridícula delas. E tira aquele risinho presunçoso que elas tem no canto da boca quando fazem essas piadas.

Totalmente apoiado o post Ana. Eu admito que sou um dos aprecia uma gordinha linda. A moda infelizmente tenta imprimir nas massas que ser magérrimo que é ser elegante. A maioria das minhas namoradas foi o que se classifica como gordas e eu amo o tipo. Só quem namorou uma gordinha sabe as delicias que é ter essa experiência. Adorei o post. Sou uma mulher gordinha, ou seja, estou acima do meu peso. Mas penso o seguinte, vc se exercita, provável q se alimente bem. Passe esse exemplo pra frente, pq ser gordinho não é questão de estética e sim de saúde. Estar 40 ou 50 quilos acima do peso não é bom. Agora ter uns quilinhos bem tratados a mais é charmoso!! rs.
As pessoas preconceituosas não devemos dar espaço, todo e qualquer tipo de preconceito é ridículo. Ainda mais quanto a forma física, afinal a Mulher Melancia ta na mídia e muitos homens adoram o corpo dela e não vejo magreza alguma ali.
E quanto as magras demais, já milhares e milhares de posts, principalmente em época de SPFW criticando as modelos “magras demais”.
GOSTO NÃO SE DISCUTE. Temos que nos sentir bem do jeito que somos. Mas se estão não engorde e não emagreça. Não faça plásticas. Se está feliz, curta isso e ignore os que merecem.

Vou ser sincera, não sou mto fã dos seus vídeos, acompanhei o post pela atualização do @catupiry.
É um tema mto legal a ser discutido, principalmente no meio “virtual” onde muitas vezes aquilo que se vê não é aquilo que na verdade é.
Eu não tenho o peso como seu, estou apenas levamente acima do peso que tinha, no que eu acho que já não se encaixava nos parâmetros ditos “ideais” vilgo anoréxicos. Acho que muitas vezes homens e mulheres gordinhos não conseguem se aceitar justamente porque se importam muito com a opinião alheia, e no final das contas quem perde, são eles mesmos. Deixam de ser o que são pra agradar quem não merece.
O importante, vamos falar bem a verdade, é ter saúde, uma boa auto-estima. Eu tenho inveja dessa sua disposição, eu sou uma sedentária lazenta, preguiçosa e sem vergonha! Mas tô tentanto mudar, tá difícil mas estou tentando! Rs.

Achei excelente o post, como ex-obeso aprovo ;)
Mas ai que está, o principal ponto é separar o que é uma pessoa gordinha do que é uma pessoa obesa…
Pessoas obesas são pessoas doentes, que não são felizes ( por mais que digam que sim, como eu falava no auge dos meus 154kg, e por dentro não era), e não falo isso por causa própria, conheço diversas pessoas que eram obesas e também se julgavam felizes sem de fato serem, dificilmente uma pessoa assim ‘se aceita e vive a vida normalmente’.
Mas no seu caso, vale lembrar que você sempre fez exercícios e sempre ( aparentemente ) levou uma vida saudável, esse é o ponto. Não se pode ‘vangloriar’ o excesso de peso como algo sensacional, porque ele por si só, não é saudável, e deixa de ser uma questão de aceitação ou de conviver com isso.
Outro grande problema em ser gordo, não está em você, está no que os outros pensam. O preconceito contra gordos é algo escancarado e tomado como normal. Afinal, ficar xingando homossexuais é algo absurdo, não pode, tem que aceitar, mas ficar zoando gordos e obesos é algo tomado por engraçado, só se for para quem fala.
Acho que esse é um tema muito complicado de se discutir, pois tenho certeza que muitos aqui irão falar que super te apoiam, que acham legal sua atitude, mas com certeza irão dar risada de alguma obesa algum dia.
Parabéns pela sua atitude de topar um ensaio desses, e as vezes, o lance de fotos com ‘modelos GG’ não é apelar para o corpo, e sim para o conjunto, um olhar diferenciado, uma foto diferente, algo que não seja tão valorizado quando o foco se está no corpo.
(Foi mal sair um pouco do foco e prolongar o texto…é que eu meio que me ‘empolgo’ falando sobre excesso de peso e afins ahahahhahaa)

Mas de um tempo pra cá estava começando a ficar doente por causa da obesidade, quase desenvolvi uma diabete, enfim…
Eu acredito demais no equilíbrio, que as pessoas busquem um corpo saudável (que não quer dizer magro), e que combine com elas.
Na minha família mesmo, eu tenho uma tia que é super magra, mas esse é o biotipo dela. Em compesação ela não tem bunda, perna grossa e nem peito, como eu.
Cada uma de nós tem um corpo e um metabolismo e precisamos estar de bem com isso, de maneira saudável sempre!

Ai gente, já sofri MUITO bullying no colégio. E era sempre o mesmo otário. Aí um dia teve uma dinâmica de grupo, e eu tava puta, falei tanto pro guri, mas tanto, que a sala me aplaudiu, e ele ficou com cara de bolinha. Humilhei mesmo, fiquei com dó depois, mas aí pensei “bom, ele não sentiu dó ao me zoar”. Não me incomodo com o fato de me chamarem de gorda, mas sim com o fato de usarem isso como insulto, como se fosse um defeito. GRR, enfim.

sou gordinha sim e admito com orgulho! além disso tem muito gordinho por aí com o triplo da saúde dessas modelos magricelas que sofrem de déficit de tudo que é possível entre vitaminas e minerais, isso sem mencionar as milhões que são anoréxicas ou bulímicas para manter o baixo peso. essa ideia das modelos plus size é sem dúvida alguma a saída para as gordinhas que sofrem com o excesso de peso se sentirem mais incluídas na sociedade, e aqui em Curitiba tenho visto muitas lojas apostando nas plus size pra divulgar suas marcas e coleções. Ana, acho que vc deve investir sim, principalmente por estar na mídia, traria a coragem que falta a muitas gordinhas por aí. Mas lembrando novamente que, não só os plus size como os magrinhos também, devem voltar a atenção não para a estética, mas para a saúde. e convenhamos, se a saúde vai bem, qual é o problema em estar um pouquinho – ou nem tão pouquinho – acima do peso?

O padrão magérrimo é muito do século passado e que este século herdou… É só voltar um pouco no tempo, Renascimento, e você vê que até na arte as mulheres eram “fortes”. Achei legal seu post, até msm pq venho tentando me acostumar com a idéia de ser gordinha.
Fui magra até o 25(mas falsa-magra, pq tenho quadril e ombro largos e cintura fina, e sempre pratiquei mto esporte), mas daí em diante um pneuzinho que apareceu tá só aumentando…uma celulite que se aventurou por minhas pernas agora tem mtas amigas e por aí vai…Como eu já era “larga”, foi só aparecer gordura(10kg a mais) já fiquei mto grande. Qdo alguém falava que tava acima do peso eu achava bobagem a pessoa se preocupar com isso, mas como eu tinha 13% de gordura corporal, era fácil falar. Hj tenho 28 anos e dificuldadde de aceitar minhas novas formas, apesar de ser contra qualquer sacrifício para voltar ao peso anterior. Voltar a entrar nas minhas roupas preferidas não paga passar vontade de comer bem (só fds mato a vontade de gulodices, mas tb não passo a semana só a saladas e frutas). Tenho analisado que o que mais me incomoda são as outras pessoas, pois eu era a pessoa que minhas amigas queriam ter corpo igual e hj não mais. Sinto que as pessoas me culpam por ter “estragado” meu corpo, mas pô, não sou a msm pessoa por dentro, sempre amadurecendo e tentando evoluir, pq não posso ser outra por fora tb?! Enfim… com altos e baixos, vamos lá as gordinhas aprendendo a se aceitar!Minha sorte é ter um namorado que fala que continuo linda (tb me constranjo pelo tanquinho dele estar em dia ainda e eu estar de “bóia” no quadril…rs….). Alguma dica para facilitar meu processo emocional de magra para gordinha?!

É idiota o preconceito que certas pessoas têm. Tratam gordo como se tivesse uma doença contagiosa ou algo assim. Conheço muita gente que não se aproxima de gordo. Porra, eu não vou sugar a pessoa, eu não tenho gravidade própria, não curto canibalismo e até ontem pelo menos obesidade não era contagiosa. Então, porra, larga de ser babaca!
O pior de tudo é que o preconceito contra gordo é visto como uma coisa normal. É aceito numa boa pela sociedade. Se um negro ou um homossexual, por exemplo, sofre discriminação, quase todo mundo acha um absurdo (e realmente é, claro), mas se um gordo é discriminado, ele é que vira o culpado. A sociedade não tem que te aceitar como você é, você é que tem que criar vergonha na cara e emagrecer. (sic)
O que esse bando de babaca não sabe é que conta muito mais levar hábitos de vida saudáveis que qualquer outra coisa. Não adianta ser magro e só comer besteiras ou não praticar exercícios físicos. Do mesmo jeito que um gordo pode ser saudável se alimentando corretamente e fazendo atividades físicas.
Ah, mas se você se alimenta direito, por quê é gordo? PORRA, seu burro, não é porque uma pessoa é gorda que ela come muito! Eu, por exemplo, como menos que muito magro e mesmo assim sou enorme.
Enfim, ajudaria muito se a mídia e a sociedade parassem de incentivar essa merda desse padrão horroroso de gente doente de tão magra, coisa que de saudável não tem nada. E o povo poderia também deixar de agir como gado e não engolir qualquer coisa que lhe é imposta.

Uma coisa é ser gordinha outra obesa. Pesar mais de 90 quilos tendo 1,60m é complicado.

Ao contrário da maioria, pelas suas fotos não te achei gorda. No máximo que você não é magra, o que não significa gorda. Acho que você tem um corpo lindo e que esse tipo de corpo sim, deveria ser padrão de beleza.
O padrão esquelético e anorexico, de belo não tem nada! E não estou falando mal de mulheres magras, mas do exagero. O exagero não é bom. Tanto pra mais quanto pra menos e nos dois casos fazem muito mal a saúde.
Eu “também” sou gordinha, e também venho aprendendo a cada dia a lidar com isso, alguns dias com sucesso, outros não, mas acho que temos que dar um passo de cada vez, e como alguém comentou aí em cima, acho que nenhuma mulher acorda, se olha no espelho e se acha linda sempre.
Aprendi que esse é o corpo que tenho duas opções: Me aceitar e ser feliz como sou e sempre fui – gorda e linda! heheheh – ou viver sofrendo, neurótica e me privando de tudo, tentando mudar. Posso conseguir sim. Resta decidir se vale o preço.

O problema eh o que a maioria das MAGRAS se acham gordas. Inclusive o Brasil, que eh pais de peitao/bundao tem a confeccao de roupas magra (um numero 48 serve numa mulher 46) – e como gordinha, o povo crucifica mesmo! Mas aquela coisa – tem gordinhas e gordinhas.. Eu nunca me achei feia (convencida nada, hahaha) e nunca me vesti como magra. Mas doi a vista quando algumas gordinhas usam roupas de magra – tipo, marcando a banha. Gordinhas, nao precisamos de usar 3 numeros a menos pra tentar ser outra coisa. Homem soh fica com magra pq tem vergonha do que os amigos vao pensar, no fundo, eles gostam das gordinhas :):D (mas das arrumadinhas, pelamor, neh)

Já fui gordinha, emagreci, mais de 20 quilos e passei a fotografar. Eu que já vivi os dois lados sei o quanto isso tudo é uma grande bobagem. Se sentir bonita e desejada independe dos quilos apontados na balança e por vezes me sentia mais bonita e feliz gordinha do que para lentes dos fotografados magra. Não vou dizer que me fez mal emagrecer, seria mentira, mas em momento algum foi algo divisor entre momentos de in(felicidade). Muito legal sua iniciativa.
Eu acho tão legal ser gordo que, para mim, a pior parte de fazer a série de emagrecer é simplesmente emagrecer.
Enfim, boa sorte com as fotos. Mas assim como existem modelos magras que não podem ser modelos, existem gordinhas que não deveriam embarcar nessa onda.

Não é questão de corpo ou de rosto. Tu é bonita também por que é segura. Por que tu estás bem contigo mesmo.
E eu sei o quanto é bom quando a gente se aceita. Como fica leve. Como fica bom. Passei a vida lutando com meu peso. Era uma criança magra, um pré adolescente magra até que tive um probleminha e comecei a engordar sem parar. Já perdi mais de 30 kilos, já recuperei metade, já perdi outra vez, etc. Nunca mais fui magra. Mas hoje gosto de como sou. Sou feliz. Me aceito. – Só queria ser menos preguiçosa. A Duda já me convidou pra ir no Pa-Kua com ela e eu só enrolo!-

Quanto ao texto, muito bom. Conseguiu abordar bem a questão. Ninguém é perfeito (embora alguns se esqueçam disso) e a maioria das pessoas não tem o padrão estético tido como “ideal”, mas parece que o preconceito contra as gordas/os se espalhou e é visto como normal, principalmente no twitter.

Eu já fui casado com uma mulher gorda. Nada de gordinha, ela era gorda. Mas eu curtia ela. Mas não sei o que acontecia, ela não conseguia entender isso. Ficava deprimida e não conseguia entender que gostava dela do jeito que era. Então se largou e ficou com a gordona triste da foto ai do post. E vou falar o que poucos tem coragem de falar. Ninguém vai curtir alguém assim, que se larga, se estraga e não se ama. Você entendeu o seu biotipo, faz exercícios, se cuida e tem o plus de ser bonita. Mas mesmo quem não é, pode se cuidar, achar seu estilo de vestir, se cuidar por dentro e por fora e isso vai atrair.

Engraçado como os ditames da moda e da “ciência” da saúde nublam valores e informações. Depois de muitos anos de propaganda nos EUA sobre o consumo de alimentos gordurosos, têm-se uma população obesa, diabética e cardíaca. Isso de 1960 até 1990 +/-. Depois disso começou-se uma idolatria ao corpo magérrimo, temos daí, as modelos de passarela. Tá certo que não os americanos que ditam a moda, mas temos o paradoxo de que as modelos magérrimas, são minoria, tanto é que poucas se tornam modelo (o que tem mudado recentemente). Temos roupas que não cabem em ninguém e indiretamente, jogado no subconsciente de todos, que é péssimo não ter roupa que te caiba. Sem mudar medidas, meu manequim foi do 48 ao 52, quando chego em uma loja pra comprar roupa, quase nunca acho algo que fique bacana em mim, mas eu não sou o único, como fazemos então? O problema atual, que eu vejo e sinto, é que as pessoas começaram a demonizar os gordinhos fazendo-os de doentes, sendo que a real doença é ter sido enfiado goela abaixo de todos, que o nosso corpo nunca está bom, nossa saúde nunca está boa e que vamos morrer obesos e cardíacos se não tomarmos cuidado. Tá certo que tem nego que passa a vida inteira enchendo a cara de refrigerante e não move uma palha pra se exercitar, ele precisa de alerta, mas e eu? que de acordo com o IMC sou quase um obeso mórbido mas tenho muito mais fôlego do que muitos amigos “em forma”? Balizamos muito nossa autoestima no que os outros pensam e esquecemos do que realmente somos e de como realmente nos sentimos. Podemos perder oportunidades porque não agradamos a outrem? CLARO! Mas nunca ninguém agrada ninguém. Lovers gonna love, hatters gonna hate. Não vejo a mínima felicidade em sentir minha coluna estranha por causa do peso da “banha”. Não vejo a mínima felicidade em ter problemas de respiração (mesmo que você não note, existe) por causa dessa gordura. Etc.
Agora vejo muita felicidade em me sentir saudável, livre, leve, como se pudesse voar, etc. (eu sei, soou meio gay :/). Veja, não é pelo que os outros pensam, não é querer ficar “mais bonito”, não é querer ser aceito.
É pura e simplesmente querer se sentir bem (mais fisicamente que “moralmente”). E apesar de você se enganar achando que o está gordinha, está enganada. Isto é uma hipocrisia: preferir mentir para si mesma em vez de buscar a verdadeira felicidade.
E sim, só estou postando isso porque é anônimo e eu não teria “coragem” de falar pessoalmente. Por quê? Timidez principalmente em estar ofendendo a pessoa e, principalmente, porque eu sei que ninguém é perfeito e todos tem algum tipo de “zona de conforto” que preferem não violar justamente para não correr riscos. E se você prefere assim, quem sou eu para mudá-la. Mas quem sabe o que aqui eu digo, ilumine a cabeça de alguém que precise ouvir (ler) exatamente isso para correr atrás do que realmente precisa. Apesar disso, sou sim contra pessoas que ofendem gordinhas e afins. Pra mim ou você tenta aconselha (como tento fazer aqui) da maneira menos invasiva possível ou não faça nada. A pessoa não lhe fez nada para merecer seu desprezo. Na verdade, ela só precisa de sua ajuda.

Sei o que é isso porque sempre fui gordinha, sempre tive problemas com auto estima, mas nunca liguei/ligo quando alguem me chamou/chama de gorda ou qualquer outra coisa, porque eu sei que sou isso. Tudo muito lindo tudo muito poético até o primeiro infarto, alta taxa de colesterol etc. Apesar do orgulho de gordos, deve haver um cuidado com a saúde. Tenho familiares que sofrem muito devido ao peso, não é mole não. À não ser que seja do organismo. Eu sou um palito e tento de tudo quanto é jeito pra engordar. O mesmo ocorre no inverso. Orgulho gordo até um ponto.
Por isso que faço questão de dar ênfase ao exercício e boa alimentação. Meus exames de sangue não apontam nada de errado, nenhuma taxa de nada acima do normal. Saúde acima de tudo, com certeza.

Sempre fui muito magra, seca até demais, Qdo me formei, meu metabolismo mudou, e passei a engordar com facilidade. Foi dificil pra mim no início, pq eu vi que tenho tendência a engordar, mas sabe, gosto muito mais de mim agora, que tenho curvas, do que antes qdo eu não passava de uma anoréxica. Meu ex- namorado começou a namorar uma magricela, e depois que engordei passei a ter apelidos como balofinha e coisas do gênero, deu pra entender pq é ex, né?? aihauhauahuahuah…
Bem, como sou alta, não fico o estilo gordinha, fico grandona, mas ao invés de me botar pra baixo, tenho me visto como um mulherão, altona, curvilinea e chamativa.

Eu já fui gordinha…. Não me aceitava, minha família me criticava muito “Por que vc nao fecha a boca??”. Anos ouvindo isso fizeram de mim uma pessoa obcecada pelo peso. Talvez por isso, me tornei mega insegura com meu corpo… Claro que havia quem gostassee, poois era tudo muito distribuido como no seu caso, peitão, bundão… Mas eu detestava… Até que fiquei mais de 1 mês a base de água… Passei uma fomee do carambaa. Contraí uma baita anemia… 3 anos depois, perdi ainda mais peso… Hoje tenho, segundo o que dizem, “um corpo perfeito”, mas aí meus familiares falam: “Vc tá magra demaiss, nenhum homem gosta dissoo, vc era mais bonita quando era mais gordinha” Foi aí que aprendi a mandar a opinião de todo mundo pra pqp e aprender a amar meu corpo!
Como acho que você deve ter lido algumas vezes aqui, você não é gorda, você é gostosa, cheia e com curvas. E, melhor ainda, pratica esportes, o que auxilia a manter a saúde. Acho que o excesso de peso não pode ser crucificado quando é algo que faz parte da genetica da pessoa. Só acho que a obesidade deve ser combatida a todo o custo pela saúde em si, não por estética apenas. Espero que esse post auxilie mais garotas cheinhas a valorizarem seus corpos com curvas mas, ao mesmo tempo, a começarem a praticar esportes pa manter a saúde sempre em foco. Esse post é excelente! gordinha rules \o/ Vc me inspira cara! Tenho biotipo muito semelhante ao seu, e me odiava demais, e sempre achava que as pessoas me viam como “gorda que só faz gordices”, ou sejam um zero a esquerda! Nunca acreditei no que as pessoas que me amam me diziam, que apesar de ser gorda, eu sou linda! Começo a enxergar o espelho com outros olhos, olhos de aceitação, e de que eu não preciso ser igual as outras gurias pra ser bonita! É só ter bom senso, valorizar o que é bonito (por exemplo, no nosso caso o rosto ;D).
O importante na vida é ter saúde e ser feliz, e ponto final.

Então, nunca tinha acessado seu blog. Cheguei aqui por acaso. Quando comecei a ler o post, assim que vc disse que era gorda, imaginei alguém com o corpo parecido com aquele da foto em que a moça não consegue fechar a calça. Veja bem, não acho que alguém com aquele corpo seja problema (já sofri muito com padrões estéticos e com aceitação do meu próprio corpo. Mesmo sendo magra aos olhos de muitos, as vezes me vejo bem diferente disso. Logo, acho que cada um deve mais e ser feliz, e autoconfiança é tudo nessa vida). Mas esse comentário é só pra dizer que fiquei extremamente surpresa ao ver sua foto. Menina, de onde eu venho, vc tá longe de ser gorda, de verdade. E como vc é LINDA! Não costumo comentar nem nos blogs que frequento diariamente, mas queria deixar esse recado aqui para vc!

Eu nao tenho nada esteticamente contra as pessoas mais gordas, existem varios tipos de beleza diferentes, tanto uma modelo super magra como uma gorda pode ser bonita.
Acho importante uma pessoa ter auto estima alta e se aceitar como eh, desde que isso nao afete sua saude
beeem adoooreei o seu blog,mto interessante oqê vcê disse infelizmente eu passo por mal boucados com a minha familia em relação ao meu peso,e por causa disso eu ando com depressão e sou mto ansiosa e desconto tudo na comida(e q tbém afetou mto a minha auto estima q n momento esta baixa),apesar q eu tenho ossadura de magra,tentei ir vária vzes na academia mais vcê só vê menina com corpinho lindo e vcê se sente super desorientada,e tentei várias vzes regimes e não adiantou e ainda por cima tentei fzer reeducação alimentar tbém não resolveu,o ruim é q a sociedade passa uam coisa q as pessoas não são (magras e com corpo bonito,a minoria) mas vamos colocar aqui q somos bonitas porém fora do peso! e q fui a psicóloga mais até agora não deram resposta (tratamento com estagiários em faculdade) agora eu descobri q o meu plano de saúde cobre psicólogo e me senti com esperança de me curar da ansiedade,DDA,compulsão por alimentos,compras,depressão,baixa estima .. e espro q daqui algns meses isso resulti e volte me amar cda vez mais e me sinta mais feliz e renovada! :DD

Acho que hoje a atual situação da sociedade prega muito os “padrões” ilusório deles.
Sofro um pouco em relação a minha estatura, conheço pessoas que sofrem pelo peso, mas no fundo, isso é causado pela ilusão que a sociedade nos diz, desde criança, vejo filmes, que heróis e pessoas boas são magras, pregam que os gordinhos são engraçados, que todo gordinho é bobo, assim, que homem tem que ser hiper alto e tudo mais.
Em certa parte da minha vida, deixei de me importar tanto com aparências, claro que uma pessoa linda, aos olhos de qualquer pessoa acabam chamando a atenção, mas, gente bonita, que não é fútil, que é inteligente e saiba conversar, é raríssimo hoje em dia.
mas claro, não sou a favor de pessoas com Obesidade mórbida, acredito que nada é fora de padrão, desde que sua saúde seja mantida.
Adorei o post e pelas fotos você está muito linda, não mude isso pelo que meia dúzia de pessoas que gostam de criticar, se você fosse magra, iria ter outra meia dúzia dizendo que é magrela.

Coisa que eu mais odeio é precisar ter cuidado pra não quebrar uma mulher no abraço, ou o abraço em si não ser gostoso e apertado.

Oi, Ana, o conhecia seu blog, eh minha primeira vez aqui. Acho vc uma gordinha linda (quisera eu tar assim! hehehe). Posso dizer pra vc e pra todas q vem aqui q n eh o nosso peso q nos faz feliz. Eu passei por varios anos de transtornos alimentares e consegui chegar aos 50kgs, mas sinceramente, minha vida era uma BOSTA. N conseguia andar 200 metros sem uma tontura fdp, meus dentes doem ateh hj de tanto q eu vomitava (e olha q eu soh uso colgate sensitive e sensodine, n tem como usar pasta normal), minha pele ficou uma porcaria e eu vivia com cara de doente.
Finalmente procurei tratamento, melhorei, n vomito mais, mas nunca fui tao gorda. E quer saber? Nunca me importei menos com isso! Tou viva, aprendi MUITA coisa (boa e ruim), e uma delas foi q as pessoas q mais se incomodam com os gordinhos eh pq tem um problema bem pior q o nosso. Jah viu aquele ditado: “sou gorda mas posso emagrece, e vc q eh feia?”

Qualquer gordinha pode ser bonita, assim como qualquer magrinha pode ser feia. O problema são as GORDAS ESCROTAS, que não cuidam do corpo, são sedentárias, não cuidam da alimentação, aí é foda, você vê até no rosto de mulheres assim que elas são nojentas por não cuidarem da saúde. Mulheres assim talvez nem se tornem uma baleia de 300kg, mas nunca vão deixar de ser nojentas por não cuidarem de si mesmas.
Enfim, acredito que o importante é se cuidar, e pronto. Qualquer pessoa que se preocupa com isso aumenta seu nível de beleza e felicidade em 200%.

Eu, que tenho formas parecidas com as tuas, creio que somos maioria, e essas gurias esqueléticas de quase 2 metros de altura são minoria.. ou seja, está tudo errado, as roupas são modeladas para gurias que quase não existem, que possuem uma beleza questionável, e que não têm nada a ver com o padrão de corpo das brasileiras, que é mais curvilíneo… aliás, ver além da nossa “casca” é algo raro hj em dia.. poucos procuram saber se dentro desse “corpaço” que temos há uma mulher sensível, ou inteligente, ou bem humorada, ou de bom caráter, ou tudo isso junto.

Sempre tive um pouco de resistência em relação a ser gordelícia, e também tenho alguns familiares como tias que pegam muito no meu pé por ser gordinha.. Mas graças a Deus, depois das neuras de adolescente, comecei a me aceitar muito mais, e ver que posso ser e sou muito bonita gordinha ou magrinha =D
Então agora sou mais confiante, e até me arrumo melhor.. e recebo muito mais elogios! Cara, vc tem que se amar, pode parecer clichê, mas é a mais pura verdade!

Outro exemplo claro, que eu já percebi várias vezes, dizerem: Fulano é um negro bonita…aquela atriz é uma negra bonita. Não é comum dizer que aquela mulher é uma branca gata, ou um branco “arrumado” e por aí vai.

Eu tbm sou gordinhaa, nunca tive problema com isso, até a uns dois anos atrás, sofri um acidente de moto e tive várias fraturas, e meu peso está atrapalhando, tanto na minha forma de andar, como dores incontrolaveis.
Agora com muita determinação e motivação vou ter que emagrecer 30 kg, faz uma semana que estou na dieta e academia, esta sendo muito difícil, até por que eu não posso correr e nem andar na esteira, mais sei que eu vou conseguir é pela minha saúde, e agente tem que se sentir feliz né!!

Estamos, como sociedade, sendo bombardeados a todo instante por um padrão de beleza que não existe: o das revistas. Modelos photoshopadas, mulheres falsas, nenhuma delas condizentes com a realidade.
Mulher ‘normal’ é a gordinha, é a magrinha, é a bonita, é a feia, é a que tem celulite, é a que tem estria… mulher é mulher.
Apesar de ter minha preferência (sim, amo gordinhas! dormir empernado com uma gordinha é tudibaum!) todas são dignas de respeito e todas são lindas, dentro de sua própria beleza. E tu, Ana não foge à regra. É lindíssima!
Ontem estava ouvindo o podcast número 96 do Guanabara gravado em um evento onde tu estava. E hoje vi um ensaio seu num blog que sigo o feed, o Cintura Larga e nem tinha ideia que tu é de Porto Alegre (também sou, moro na zona norte, próximo ao Strip Center e Shopping Lindóia).
